🐷 Pork Ribs 🥩
Ingredients:
For the Pork Ribs:
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp each: dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, sage
For the Mayonnaise Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Pork Ribs:
- Preheat Oven: 135°C.
- Remove Membrane: If present.
- Season Ribs: Rub with olive oil, apply herb seasoning.
- Wrap in Foil: Individually wrap and bake for 2.5-3 hours.
Make Mayonnaise Sauce:
- Mix Ingredients: Whisk all sauce ingredients.
- Chill Sauce: Refrigerate while ribs cook.
Finish the Ribs:
- Grill/Broil: Caramelize ribs for a few minutes.
- Brush with Sauce: During the last few minutes.
- Serve: Slice and enjoy with extra sauce.
