🐷 Pork Ribs 🥩

Ingredients:

For the Pork Ribs:

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp each: dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, sage

For the Mayonnaise Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Pork Ribs:

  1. Preheat Oven: 135°C.
  2. Remove Membrane: If present.
  3. Season Ribs: Rub with olive oil, apply herb seasoning.
  4. Wrap in Foil: Individually wrap and bake for 2.5-3 hours.

Make Mayonnaise Sauce:

  1. Mix Ingredients: Whisk all sauce ingredients.
  2. Chill Sauce: Refrigerate while ribs cook.

Finish the Ribs:

  1. Grill/Broil: Caramelize ribs for a few minutes.
  2. Brush with Sauce: During the last few minutes.
  3. Serve: Slice and enjoy with extra sauce.
