Instructions

  1. Boil water first, and then put eggs in carefully with a table-spoon.
  2. Keep eggs in boiling water for 7.5 minutes precisely, turning down heat slightly to not over-boil.
  3. Cool quickly with cold water.

6.5m - Runny yolk, can cause runny whites
7m - Slightly runny yolk
7.5m - Cooked yolk
