Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, washed and thoroughly dried
- 1-2 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder (for extra sulforaphane content)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150°C (non-fan setting)
- Remove kale leaves from stems and tear into bite-sized pieces
- In a large bowl, massage kale with olive oil until evenly coated (use minimal oil)
- Sprinkle with salt and mustard powder
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet
- Bake for 17.5 minutes or until crispy but not brown
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving
