Stir-Fry Cabbage with Ginger and Garlic
Ingredients
- head of cabbage, sliced
- tablespoons of olive oil
- cloves of garlic, minced
- inch piece of ginger, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Soy sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the cabbage and stir-fry until it’s tender, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.
- Serve hot. Enjoy!
