Stir-Fry Cabbage with Ginger and Garlic

Ingredients

  • head of cabbage, sliced
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • inch piece of ginger, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Soy sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until it’s tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.
  5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
