Besan Chila (Indian chickpea flour pancakes)
Ingredients:
- 120g besan (gram flour)
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 120ml water
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix besan, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
- Stir in onion, green chili, and cilantro.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle of batter, spreading it thin.
- Cook until golden on both sides. Serve with garlic butter shrimp.
